Sidney Toler, Charlie Chan of films, on Wikitree [closed]

Question

Irby-1076 recently added the profile for Hooper G. "Sidney" Toler.  I added the Notable sticker for Toler was the American actor who portrayed the character 'Charlie Chan' in over twenty movies in the 1930s and 1940s.  His profile could use some TLC.  Thank you Elizabeth for adding this profile! (He also lived in Wichita, Kansas, as a teenager and is buried here with his parents.)

My husband and I have watched a number of Sidney Toler's "Charlie Chan" movies, as well as a couple of westerns he was in.  We have enjoyed all of what we've seen, but especially liked his portrayals of characters in "Heritage of the Desert" and "The Mysterious Rider" both based on Zane Grey novels.

I was hoping to find a connection to the global tree, so I'm looking into adding more family to him. I have already added his wife, Vivian Marston (the actress) and am hunting down details on his second wife, Vera Tattersall.

I was able to connect him to his paternal grandparents, who were already on WikiTree and connected to the global tree. So  I would think that as soon as everything cycles through an update, Sydney will also be connected.

I spent a lot of Saturday afternoons watching Charlie Chan movies back in the day.
