Can you help connect a Delaware Governor?

Question

More than half of the historic governors of Delaware are not yet connected.  Can you help to connect them?  I've made a list of the governors that need to be connected to the tree below.

Additional sources and bio improvements would be most helpful (with a few exceptions - some profiles are marked "under construction" - for these, please leave bio notes in the comments).

A HUGE thank you to all of you who helped in this challenge.  I'm just in awe - I originally thought a few would get done and this would drag on for months.  In total, all of the governors were connected in 8 days!  Absolutely astounding.

Governor Terry now connected (overnight) & annotated.

I was working his wife's line (Irby) and I see that S. Stevenson was working in parallel.  We now have two fathers (Benjamin Irby) for Governor Terry's wife Jessica Irby.  She has a brother Benjamin, I'll use the extra ID # for the brother.
