I think you may need to first confirm your email address, to get the whole shebang started.  There is a message on your profile form one of the greeters explaining some of what you need to do.  :)

Hi Georgia, welcome aboard.  Your profile says that you are a guest member, so I think there are several steps (in addition to what Melanie mentioned) that you have to complete for full membership.  You should contact the greeter and sort out what else is still needed.  One thing I think you should discuss is your initial account setup.  I see that your WikiTree ID is Kincaid-1403, but Kincaid is apparently your married name.  An account is normally set up with your last name at birth, and your ID should be the next available one-up number for that surname.  You would then enter Kincaid as your current last name.  I'm not sure what the steps are to get that fixed.

Georgia, A greeter might help you do it.  You need to become a full member and manager your own profile.  Once you can manage your own profile, you would be able to replace your name at birth from Kincaid to whatever it actually was.  Your wikitreee ID would also change from Kincaid-1403 to an id number of your maiden name (LNAB).
