Lillian Albertrine Lotz birth around 1890 lived in Costa Rica, Guart. Pan, USA

Question

Hi my grand mother Lillian Albertrine Lotz born around 1890,

she met and married my grandfather Norman Pizza at the Panama Canal.

We are trying to find her birth record.  She was brought up in San Jose, Costa Rica,

Guadamala, Panama Canal Zone, Pennsy, finally Louisiana.

I appreciate any assistance.

I have a copy of there marriage license.It is difficult to read on the bottom

where dates are and who signed it.It is license 2824,Canal Zone,Isthmus

of Panama.Looks like June 1917.But it is very Faint.

Yes we have Lillian's marriage certificate, we got it from the national archives and posted it on Reginald walker tree at ancestry. Com

however no legitimate birth of lillian are found are what happened to her parents.

she was of Lutheran faith.
