"Smart matches" is a term used by MyHeritage. If you are seeing that term here, it might be on profiles created from Gedcoms produced by MyHeritage.

If you look in the upper right, under the profile number, the menu opens and near the bottom is Search For Matches. This only works for the profile you are on. Just click and it shows all the matches for the profile you were on.

You can go under the Find menu and there is FamilySearch Matches. This brings up matches to profiles on FamilySearch. You have to sign in to both sites (it provides the sign-ins) and then you can work with both sites.

Other than that, I don't know what you are looking for.

I have looked at this. Can someone please explain what this does? If I select Create Match, does it change any info, or is it putting/transferring the info from Wikitree onto FamilySearch? I don't want to change anything on Wikitree. (Like create additional unnecessary duplicates) Thank you.
Spoke too soon, I found the family/search connections info, Thank you!
