Translating Marriage Record from French [closed]

I'm doing a little sourcing and I came across this (couldn't find it at FamilySearch, sorry.)

I can make out the names of the bride and groom and their parents - but what other useful information is there? Please let me know if you can.

Hi, Thomas,

I can't really help with the translation, but I can give you a link to the image that anyone can view without being a paid member of Ancestry.

https://www.ancestry.com/sharing/15369999?h=032260

The image is best viewed on a PC.

Thanks Deb, I am not familiar with how to get those links.

When you are viewing the image on Ancestry, click the tools icon on the right side. Then click share. You'll be presented with several options for sharing, I use Facebook. When the Facebook share window opens I close it and there is a box with a link left to copy and paste. I copy the link and then remove the end of the link. See the bolded part below.

My French is not that good, but it starts with "In the year of our Lord, 1821 on the 20th day of February after the publication of three bans of marriage" followed by some statement about no opposition or illegitamacy.

Banns were published three times.

James's parents are both dead.

Both are natives of the parish.

Then it ends with the names of the witnesses.

I see nothing more of great interest--it is just a normal statement of the facts.

I have since found two birth records that appears to be for her. They do look different, but I think they're documenting the same thing. On both, the parent names look right. The link page from when I "shared" it (Thansk Deb) says 1780 - which is much earlier than the unsourced birthdate from the creator of the profile. Is the year mentioned? I don't see digits. Anything else helpful.

The top one says she was born yesterday baptized on the 15th of January, 1801 (mil huit cent un). Daughter of Antoine Boyer and Julie Tremblé.

The second is just a nicer copy of the first.
Thanks Kyla!
