I never know where to post the information for Maine...

I just received information from the Maine Genealogy Club.  They announced that many new books entered the public domain on January 1 so they are no longer under the copyright in the Maine State Library collection include.

The Philbrick-Philbrook Family, Bath, Maine by Mary Pelham Hill

The Revolutionary War Service of Nathan Crosby by L.M. Mooers

Ancestry of Dena E. Staples of Biddeford, Maine by Dena E. Staples

They also said the Calais Genealogy and Local History Collection is online.  Here are two web addresses www.digitalmaine.com/calais
