Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but there's a "Download GEDCOM" link to download your WikiTree profiles, as a GEDCOM file, here:

Read through the page carefully and choose the options that you are interested in. If the starting person is you, use your WikiTree ID ( Kusnierczyk-1 in this case); otherwise use the relevant profile's WikiTree ID.
If it's a small tree, with less than 500 people, the file will be ready quickly. If it's a larger tree, you'll need to wait a while for an email notifying you that your file is ready to download.
Overall, it's pretty easy if you follow the instructions on the page.
