Question

There's a huge difference between being in line for descent and actually becoming a Bt.

Hopefully, I've made this as clear as possible.

Given that the person is closely related to the Baronets of Isleham, do they get any tags or stickers? (I may be able to figure out precisely how close, but not at this present time.)

Anyway, it was interesting to read about the post-revolution transitional effect of settlers giving up titles. I've heard more than once that loyalists were not too kindly looked upon ;)

My vague recollection of it is that Yelverton Peyton falsely assumed the title.  At the time, you didn't have to prove your claim or anything.
