Andrews Y-DNA

Question

I am trying to find a male Andrews from my father's line who has done the Y-DNA test. There have been no male descenants for at least three generations. My father: Lowell King Andrews (1919-2011) > Willard Albert Andrews (1860-1922) >Samuel Franklin Andrews (1824-1867) and Olive Craig Andrews (1832-1915) were 1st cousins, their fathers were brothers > Ambrose Andrews (1780-1845) and Luman Thomas Andrews (1795-1862) are both sons of Samuel Andrews (1755-1800). I think Olive had brothers but I don't know if they had any descendants. My father had one brother who lived to be an adult, but he had no children. My grandfather had one brother who lived to be an adult, David Luman Andrews (1862-1945), but I can find no information on him. My great grandfather had brothers, but I don't know where to find their descendants. Any help would be appreciated.

I did a quick Ancestry search, it notes David Luman Andrews never married, but he and his sister Mary Ann (never married) raised his brother's children.
