Advice before editing this pre-1700 Bearden profile?

I have information to contribute to the profile of Francis Bearden. This is what I can add:

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

Since the profile already references the Find a Grave source, I am not sure what you are asking.   Southern Colonies might be the project to contact.

Hi John,

Please remember that your suggested source, Find-a-Grave, is only a source when FAG includes a photo of the headstone that includes information about the person such as their name, birth, and/or death.

Note that British North America is not how folks referred to this area at the time of reference and instead Colony of Virginia should be used.
