Lookinf for relatives of the Beltz family

Question

My father William Charles "Bill" Beltz was born Dec 11 1938 in Chicago Il. His dad was Jack Beltz who moved to Miami Fl adn died in 1991. My grandpa Jack Beltz father was Charles C. Beltz and Catherine (fanny or Fannie ) Simon lived just 4 doors down from my grandpa and and family on Berkeley Ave in Chicago Ill. 4th Ward in the 1940 census. Im looking for any info on them such as what parish they would have belonged to as being catholics at that time.
