Yes if (this is a very big if) … your sister joins and adds it herself. The new privacy rules (implemented here to be in compliance with the new extremely strict international rules) do not permit DNA information to be added by anyone other the person whose DNA it is. It's very unfortunate, but this is the way it has to be.
