Someone that can read French handwriting and has an Ancestry subscription

Good Morning,

I'm researching "507 Probably wrong gender (female)" for this profile (no relation to me).  I located a possible baptism, however I need help translating it to English so that I can determine whether it is the correct person and if so what the gender is.  Details and an Ancestry link are in the Research Notes section on the profile.

In France, Rufine or Ruffine is a female given name.

I have no Ancestry subscription. Does the priest use the word "fille" or "fils" ?

I posted the record image to the profile. It looks like the date of baptism is March 25, 1876. Her age 10 weeks.

Parents Auslane? Martin & Ade Domeitille Arsenault

This definitely looks like the correct person for the listed parents.

Here's what I translate to English:

25th March, baptized Rufine six (though possibly dix/ten) weeks old, born of the legitimate marriage of Anselm (sp.) Martin and Domitille (sp.) Arsenault.

I believe the use of née in the record (vs né) indicates female.
