I see lots of profiles with linked pages with Tanguay images.  I have not been able to find a category were all these pages are listed that would allow for common use and prevention of duplicates.  Does a Category like this exist?

no, it does not, nor is it wanted really, it's a source that is multi-volume, and is available online easily, long out of copyright.  You can see it at [http://bibnum2.banq.qc.ca/bna/dicoGenealogie/ BANQ], Bibliothèque et Archives Nationales du Québec /Québec National Library and Archives.  Can also be found on Googlebooks and other locations.
