I'd like to find a record of the marriage of Agnes Rankin/ Robert Nisbet

Question

I'm getting conflicting data for this marriage. Both of these people were born about 1820. I think they were born in Ireland but some people have said they were born in Scotland. In either case I can find no record of marriage in Either country?  I know they had a son Robert who we thought was born in Ireland but again some researchers have said he was born in Scotland.  Again they were supposed to have had a son Nathaniel born 1848 and that mysterious son Robert, plus 1 more son named John. I'd love to find something definite on any members of this Nisbet family. Thank you so much.  John
