Looking for information on Ann(a) Doty.

Question

I am trying to find the parents of Ann (Anna) Doty (Doty-7).  Born 1784 in Yadkin River Valley, NC.  Married Charles Cromwell Addington in 1802 (?).

I have found a few other Ann Dotys on Wikitree that have the same birth year but not the same state and do not have marriage information.

Doty-7 has her father listed as Jacob Doaty (Doaty-2) but no other information is known.

 

I have a feeling these are the same Dotys from NJ decending from Edward Doty Sr. (Doty-42) but cannot make the connection.
