I don't see the shared ancestry in the tree provided.

The three shared ancestors of the couple  I added under “Consanguinity” are all from the relationship finder. Not sure why you can’t see it.

Although Carlos II of Spain is oftentimes mentioned, it would be difficult to find well-attest historical individuals with more consanguinity than the Ptolemaic dynasty of Egypt. See their reconstructed genealogy here:
