Old German Script - Translation Request

Question

I need help determining WHERE to look for a Birth Record. First let me explain the situation. I believe I have found a Brother and Sister. I have 2 documents showing the Parents names and they are the same on both documents. Both persons were born in Beslau. I found the Birth record on Ancestry for Anneliese BUT they do not have anything at all for Kurt.

Does the either document indicate where I should focus my search (church parish, city/town, Catholic or Luthern? search Germany or Poland??)

I understand Breslau is now Wroclaw, Poland. But are records for 1900 in Berlin or Wroclaw?

The birth record is from Breslau, Anneliese's parents are of lutheran religion.

The other entry is a marriage entry for the marriage of Kurt Edmund Fritz Zacharias with Hulda Martha Richter, born Schmidt. So Hulda would become here a Hulda Martha Zacharias (Schmidt) aka Richter. Hulda doesn't have her father entered, her mother is obv. deceased because her residence is written as "last: Dohna, Kreis Pirna". Both are of lutheran religion

Kurt's parents are also both deceased.

Yes, I knew the Birth record was for Breslau for Anneliese and also the Document for Kurt also states Breslau, but I was trying to see if there was some other clue on WHERE to look for Kurt's birth record. Ancestry only had Anneliese's birth/Baptism? record.

I have tried searching the genealogy sites suggested to me for Kurt but I get zero hits on his name. I suspect it's because I am not entering the search criteria correctly.

it says "Standesamt, Nr." - "registry office, number", so registry office 4 in Breslau, register #1543

The baptism entry of Max Otto Richard states his father as Eduard Zacharias and his mother as Johanna, born Becker. He was born in Bromberg, which is today Bydgoszcz.

Ok, so which website would be best to search for Kurt Edmund Fritz Zacharias since ancestry and family search have nothing for him?
