Why are her parents not shown in her profile?

The same source that Wikitree has listed in her biography is in her biography on Family Search. Her parents are given in Family Search. As a matter of fact, her parents, her grandparents, her great grandparents and so on, are present in Family Search with sources.

You would have to ask the profile manager why not. Maybe she is not a direct ancestor or  the PM is busy with another part of his tree.

By the way: you can add those profiles if you want. We are all working together on the one tree.
