Need Formatting Advice

Question

I have his military records abstracted and there are two lines that need to be seperate underneath ==Military== but they don't need their own category or bold text. How do I format so they stay as original on different lines?

Ok it should be three equal signs on the sides - and one way is to hit enter twice between them then they will stay on their own line

the two Equal signs on the sides is only for the top level headings, Biography and Sources - the rest are needing three

Thanks Navarro! I had the three=== but removed them when I was messing about trying to get it right. A space between? Who knew it could be so easy. DUH!
