Is that the same James Bruce, and what sources do you have to prove your claim?

TBF the page could use some work and a death source besides the burial place. It looks like his probate was in Floyd County, though he lived in Harrison County.

Bruce, James, Sr., - of Harrison Co., Indiana. Will dated August 15, 1830; probated Feb. 9, 1835. Heirs: Wife, Mary; Sons, James, oldest, William, 2nd, George, 3rd, John 4th; Daughters: Polly Reedy, Ann Reedy, Mary Albin, Piety Albin, Betsy Westerfield, June Brown, Nancy Toomy; grandchildren, Polly Reedy, children of deceased daughter Polly Johnston. Executors: George Bruce, son, Samuel Pfrimmer.
