I have a " cousin ", John Allerton, who married Polly Address in 1808 in Amenia, NY. Not my direct line.

I am working on Francis Andress line.  From Francis Andress in SD to Francis Andrews colonist in Connecticut.  Path goes through Leeds, Canada.  I remember seeing more than one Sylvester in the family line just as an Andress not Andrus.  From what I am learning Andrews, Andrus and Andress connect to 3 Andrews that came in the 1600's.  Our name changed to Andress in the move to Canada right after the American revolution.  My personal theory is there had to be a political motivation and hope to find the true answer.

I also have a cousin in Addie Aiken.   According to Wikitree we are 7th cousins, 4 times removed.  I'll be the new profile manager on her, as of today, but it may be a while before anything else show up, as far as my input.
