Was there a George Ruthven living during the early 17th century?

It appears the only George Ruthven at this general time died in 1571. However in an introduction to Muses Threnodie written by James Cant. there's a reference to a 92 year old George Ruthven who is in fact a subject of the poem which was published in 1638.

The math works out if the George Ruthven born in 1545 was the subject of Muses Threnodie.
