You might want to try the free search tool at https://familysearch.org/
and plug in the data from the 1870 and 1880 census - listing their children and approx ages. I found Granville (Grammil, Granvill) and Henry (Henery) etc. with spouses and children in later 1900, 1910, etc census data with spouses and children in Tate, Casey, KY. Examples shown. Might be the same descendants?
