There is only one Bolden on the Dawes Rolls (used for determining blood lineage for Cherokees and other members of the 5 Civilized Tribes here in OK) is a freed slave who was allowed on the rolls by treaty after the Civil War. Doesn't prove there is no Cherokee blood in that family, just that they may not have removed or been removed West.
