The Nancy Allen on the Dawes Roll is not the Nancy Allen in the linked profile. You can see her Dawes card and application on Ancestry and Fold3.  The Nancy Allen on the Dawes was born Nancy Mitchell in the Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory, about 1840.  She was the daughter of Reece Mitchell and Rachel Hildebrand.  She lived her entire life in the Cherokee Nation and married a white man named Charles Allen.  The 1883 Cherokee census lists children Lewis, Rachel, Mitchell, Cora, and Osker.   Dawes Roll only includes people who were living in Indian Territory between 1890 and 1907 (and who met the citizenship requirements of the various tribes involved).  The most detailed information is included in her application for the Eastern Cherokee payment, #5108.  That can be seen on Fold3.
