What category should I use for an American-appointed Episcopal Bishop to the Philippines?

I had used the categories Episcopal Bishops and Philippines and Buffalo, New York to indicate that Charles Brent had served as Bishop for both the Philippines and western New York. The Category change to Bishops of Western New York Episcopal Church does not include the Philippines. I do not know how to do that.

It's laid out there, but perhaps contact Mary Jensen for some more specific help. She's the expert!

This should be a fun project since what Brent was appointed a bishop of was a "Missionary District" of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the USA, as it was called at the time.  Subsequently the Episcopalians in the Philippines formed one, and then three Dioceses of the (American) Episcopal Church, and then the Episcopal Church in the Philippines became a separate body of the Anglican communion, as it is today.  But all of that happened after Brent was there.

But I think his role in New York came after his role in the Philippines, so he should be in two separate categories.
