Is it true that Judith Thomas (daughter of Robert Thomas) was the one baptized in 1568?

Question

Judith Thomas who married James Feake was clearly the daughter of Robert Thomas of London who died in 1610 (Thomas-17374) since Robert named son-in-law James Feake, daughter Feake, and their children in his will (see weblink below). 

 However, the baptism record of Judith Thomas (bp. 16 January 1568) clearly shows the father to be William Thomas.  I am beginning to suspect that all those online trees are wrong in saying that this is the same Judith Thomas who married James Feake.  Or could the baptism record have been wrong in naming the father William rather than Robert.  I am tempted to remove 16 January 1568 as the birth date for Judith (Thomas) Feake, but I wanted to get some feedback first.

According to TAG 16:95-101 (subscription required, article by Torrey, 1939) the baptismal record of Judith, daughter of Robert, had not been found at that time so the 15 Jan 1658 baptism appears to be a different Judith. His references include registers of St Nicholas Acon, St Pancras Soper Lane, and Harleian Society. Did not find more recently dated research on this other than Hoff who is citing Torrey's article. Hoff does have some interesting discussion about Thomas family origins not being found in Lincolnshire.

I found a Judith Thomas buried on 25 April 1588 in London, daughter of William Thomas.  Could this be the Judith Thomas baptized in 1568, daughter of William Thomas?  

If so, the Judith Thomas who married James Feake in 1592 would have been a different Judith Thomas whose baptism is simply unknown (perhaps more likely between 1570 and 1575).
