Did someone just delete the Victorian flag?

Up until about 10 minutes ago the code {{Australia Sticker|Victoria}} displayed the state flag. It's gone.

They seem to be on the system still at Australian Flags

Apparently the problem is at system level, such as a redirected link to a directory.

I take that back.  The flag as I use it is showing, but using the sticker it is not there.
