Are Asa Cooke and daughter Lucy (Cooke) McCollum Mayflower descendants?

I'm trying to discover if I am a Mayflower descendant of Francis Cooke.  

Mayflower Project is manager of Jacob Cooke-6666 Jr. and his profile has the Mayflower Family Member category. (Relationship Finder indicates he is my 7th ggrandfather.)

I found his son, Asa Cooke-2658,  in "Mayflower Descendant" and added the source under "see also" on his profile.  (sorry, I don't know how to add the link to the source on g2g.)  Question:  Is it OK to add the "Mayflower Family Member" to the profile?  (Relationship Finder, 6th ggrandfather.)

The next generation is the stickler. I have been unable to find a source that links Asa Cooke-2658 with his daughter Lucy (Cooke-2691) McCollum (Relationship Finder, 5th ggrandmother.)  Can Mayflower Project give me some help?  If Lucy Cooke-2691 can be connected with a quality source, well, that would certainly make me do a happy dance!  :-)

I revised the marriage date. According to both the Pilgrim Hopkins Heritage Society and Vital records of Plympton, Massachusetts to the year 1850, Asa Cooke and Lusannah Bryant married 10 Nov 1742 in Plympton. Are you able to assist me with Lucy (Cooke-2691)  McCollum?  If a good source is found linking her to Asa Cooke and Lusanah (Bryant) Cooke - I would have my connection to Mayflower passengers Francis Cooke and Stephen Hopkins.  

Any help would be very much appreciated... anyone?

It looks like Asa is a descendant of Francis Cooke and also of the Stephen Hopkins line. Jacob Cooke is the son of Francis Cooke and Jacob born 1618 married Damaris Hopkins, daughter of Stephen Hopkins.

I sure would like to see if Asa's  purported daughter, Lucy Cooke-2691 can be connected.  I've been trying, but no luck so far.

Mayflower Project covers the passenger and spouse, their children and grandchildren. Occasionally it covers great grandchildren of the passenger if they were born before 1700. Asa was born after 1700 and is too many generations (5) from the passenger, so no he does not belong in the project
