Known facts Family Oral History placing John in the ColoradoHome for Dependent and Neglected Children and appears in the 1910 Census there..  Johns Mother remarried after his Fathers death.  My fathers siblings refer to her as Grandma whitsteen, stein etc. John's Father died in a Mining / Industrial accident in southern, Colorado.  To date no known birth or adoption record.  Oral history states John escaped the Orphanage around the age of 16 and made hhis way to eastern, Colorado.  Where he shows up in the 1920 Census as a Laborer/Farmhand with the Wislon Family.  According to Census records, John Spoke Swedish, was born in Colorado.  His parents are listed as speaking Swedish and born  in Sweden.

Sorry read it wrong!

Just for comparison: there were 368 men by name Joh* Edvard Andersson in Sweden at the time of the 1910 census. Birth years from 1823 to 1900.

Nothing yet says that John's father had the same given names as his son.

No his father was born in Sweden about 1862.
The record I gave the link to is for a man born in Sweden who arrived in America about 1887, was naturalised in 1888, having been 21 years of age or over.

This is in response to all the help I got.  Last month a new paper clerk I was working with in phillips county located another obituary concerning my grandfather.  What an awesome find she had found for me in the Phillips County Meseum, Colorado.  I not only found His father and mother but his sister and 3 more brothers and a potential Uncle who lived in Kansas.  I located a letter from Earl Dorr the husband of his sister in Kansas while he was deployed in France for WWI.  While more questions were raised I still do not know the maiden name of his mother.  The obituary can be found here Anderson-4271

Great News John, sometimes you just need a bit of luck, hope you got the paper clerk chocolates :)
Heather I sent her a Edible arrangement and a $50 card for Red Lobsters

Minister was Theodore Tyre, witness Nellie Wilson, is it possible they are Kin?
Nellie Wilson  is the Family my Grandfather worked for after he escaped.  This is the Marriage record of my Grandfather and Grand Mother.  I am Searching for Johns Father,   my Greatgrandfather.
I thought of thhhislearned about the doubke SS while I was stationed in Europe during the 89;s.  Thank You.
I have thought of this as well knowing what I learned of the SS in many Scandinavian and Germanic tongues.  When I marrrrrriedmy first wife the clerk in Germany spelled my surname as Andersson using the double s letter in thier Alphanet.

my grandfather worked for the Wilsons.  However I had a major breakthrough last week from a different obit than the one I had. Anderson-4271

I have never come across this in my research both from actual Microfilm and Online.  Goimg to the Pueblo, library Monday and taking all the new leads from here and hitting the books the old fashioned way.  I have 1 potential canidate from a sedish group I belong to and 3 from here.   One in a mining accident widowed with 1 Child in which case would bash a portion of the Oral History.  The first One is Olof   Anderson and his wife Bettie who lived in Trinidad.  1 Name stands out for thierchildren which is Aurthur.  Shortly after my grandfather died two men came to the farm and offered to take the three youngest boys to help my Grandmaother out.  The mans nae was Aurther the other man unknown.  My Grandmother supposedly told him to get of her farm.
Oh, very interesting about the Trinidad connection. I hope this proved helpful. I have a fold3 subscription and was able to view that actual draft card. It does indeed say he was born in Trinidad. Best of luck!
Two things I know would help  his birth record which I can obtain once I gather the documents needed to prove he is dead and my grandfather and getting my DNA Test.  Both will take a while as I live on a fixed income.
