Looking for family of Charles Muller from Ohringen, Baden-Wurttemberg area.

Question

The story is that my grandfather was in an orphanage and ran away when he was old enough to do so.  He got work as a cabin boy on a ship and ended up working on a banana boat going between South and North America. He jumped ship in New York and made his way to Richmond, Va where he married my grandmother. He died in 1930 from a genetic kidney disease that is passed through the males in the family. He listed, in various documents, that he was born in Ohringen which is in Baden-Wurttemberg. He had the birthdate of February 9, 1892 or 1893. His death certificate listed his parents as Samuel & Fanny. My grandmother's brother gave the information on his death certificate and I do not know if it is true or just something he made up.

My grandmother's maiden name is Martha Wilhelmine Bertha Reelitz. She was born in Laugo on the Island Osel in the Baltic Sea, part of Estonia. They came to America in 1912. Charles Muller worked on the railroad with her brothers in Richmond, VA. that is how they met.

On Charles  S. Muller WW1 Draft registration card He writes born Feb, 9 1891.

1929 listed as Fireman on railroad steam engine,in 1930 listed as steam engineer.

They had 2 sons,Otto Gustave Leonard Muller 1921-1974.Carlo (Carl 1927-2003.

Samuel Muller and Fannie,may be his parents but have not found that.Have the

name of rail road he worked for,going by memory,think it was Winston R/R.Hope

Otto Gustave Leonard Muller is my father. Charles and Martha's brothers worked for the Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac Railroad in Richmond, Virginia. I have a November 1, 1917 certificate from the R. F. & P. saying that C. S. Muller had passed examination for employment as Fireman. this was apparently part of the Washington Southern Railway Co. and I have a 1922 certification of examination on Rules, Tracks and Signals from that railroad. What I am looking for is some link to his parents and possible siblings in Germany. The only place I can link to is Oehringen in Baden-Wurttemberg and the names of Samuel and Fannie. But I do not know if thoes places or names are correct.
