Hi Dustin. Given that the profiles involved in this lack primary source documentation and I wasn't finding answers, I cast the net a bit wider. I think there are some issues with Letticia's profile and perhaps some of those attached to it. What appears to be she and Jacob in the US Census of 1850 has them living in Wayne County, Kentucky. Her year of birth matches but she gave her place of birth as North Carolina (the NC/KY border moved around and I do not recall dates for that). Jacob's year of birth matches in that census and he gives his place of birth as Virginia.
However, that census record lists no sons named James or John which are attached as her sons. One being born 1808 making her 17 (possible but younger than average for this time period) and the other, John, being impossibly born 1872 when she would have been 81! It's possible if James was born 1808 that he was not living at home in 1850.
Here's the census record:

None of this answers your question as to were her parents Robert and Elizabeth Crockett but this might help get closer to the answer as it would appear, if she is the daughter, they migrated from Virginia through North Carolina then westward which was a common migration route.
