Hunting down ANY Farringtons(we're all related) and Whittemores

Hi there! Newby here.. Farringtons of Maine, N.H.,VT. ->West to CA.  In America since 1632+. Hardly any of us on the Tree. Mum went to New England reunion in 63 or so and got 3 inch paperback of History and tree aaalll the way back. (Must Find..) Thank You all for VERY warm welcome. Also am Whittemore, ex-St Louis,MO with full genealogy record, back in CA.

You might want to look at Edward Farrington, immigrant ancestor who came to New England on the ship Hopewell as a starting point for this line.   See p. 1708-13 in:

New England Families, Genealogical and Memorial: A Record of the Achievements of Her People in the Making of Commonwealths and the Founding of a Nation, Volume 4 by William Richard Cutter, which can be found on line.

Have you reviewed the Surname search on WIkiTree.   There are quite a few with from MA in the 1630's.

Does the booklet your mother got at a reunion happen to mention

a Robert C Farrington,  Boston, Mass.  He was a wrestler back in early

1900's in SW USA  Thanks
