According to the 1900 US Census, Will and Lizzie married ab. 1906.
There is a Lizzie Blanchard in the 1910 US Census, in the same County (Little River, AR) with her siblings in the house of a brother in law. There is also her father U R Blanchard (taking a closer look to the original document, it is not W R. There can be seen there was an issue with her birth year as well). I think he is the Uriah Blanchard on Nelda's answer.
