Dis-Connectors?

As I blunder about, doing my thing with a pretty dreadful Gedcom imported in 2011, I often have to remove a child from it's "parents" or a husband from his "wife" - who have been incorrectly linked. Sometimes this results in a profile or branch which was connected to the main tree becoming disconnected.

Do I have to lose a point in the "Connectors' Challenge"?

No, Peter. We strive for accuracy, so this is as important as making new connections. The connections mean little if they aren't based on fact.

I think you deserve thanks for doing this kind of work.

False connection paths don't reflect well on the Global Tree.

I agree with Eva. Any effort made to improve the accuracy of profiles in Wikitree is good for everyone.
