invitation to a distant cousin

Question

I received a message through my wikitree page from someone who is descended from my 3G grandfather. She is interested in joining wikitree, but I can't build a profile for her as I don't have her complete family line. How do I invite her to  join...I've only done it with family members whose profiles I have created...Thanks!

Hello Pam.

To send her an invitation, the only information you need is her e-mail address. See here:

Please, pay special attention that she will automatically be added to your profile's Trusted List.

Could you just send her an email with a link to Wikitree and then she would just create her account/ profile? Seems the most logical route to me.
