Walter Raleigh Rich of West Memphis, AR was born in Frias Point, MS on May 22, 1873, died Sept 12, 1953.

His bio at www.findagrave.com lists his father as William P Rich, married to Martha Ellen Cooper.  

Walter Raleigh married Maggie Allen Gatten. They list the following children: Walter Raleigh Jr of Forrest City, AR, Jack Rich of West Memphis, AR, Wallace Neville Rich of Colt, AR, two daughters, Mrs. W E Falis of Wynn, AR and Mrs V E Peevy of West Memphis, AR.
