My comments seem to be disappearing too - this is what I asked - I seem to be having problems viewing the split screen for 'comparing' profiles after loading a gedcom and reviewing the gedmatches report. It only seems to work for the first match. I then need to close down, save progress and open again. Is anyone else having the same problem. I experience it on both my mac and iPad.
We definitely need to investigate this.

Just to make sure, you mean the comparison utility from inside your GEDmatches, not the merges & matches comparison, like this: http://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:MergePerson&user1_name=Moore-16435&user2_name=Moore-16432&action=compare

And when you say "my comments seem to be disappearing" you mean you entered details for your question but for some reason they were not included?
1.  The main issue is definitely with the gedmatches report, where the options are yellow green and red I think.  Compare, skip, reject.

2.  My second comment was more of an aside.  Yes I typed and entered the question. It looked like it posted but when I went back it wasn't there!

Still happening today.  When the first match appears, the system does not seem to accept done.  You need to close down the window, but it seems to save the right data. As I said before you then can't compare future matches without going out and coming back in.  Could it be just my computer?

I have exactly the same problem. It's currently impossible to review any potential matches. I've used Chrome and IE. I'll try installing Firefox and see if that helps, but I'm currently stumped and have no way to proceed.
I am very new to this but I've handling the situation with the "Done" button not working by positioning my windows so that it is always open and I can access both screens and accurutely record my response.  I thought this was the way it was supposed to work when I realized the "Done" button didn't.

The above worked, thank you!!

To clarify how this works: If the Done button does nothing, just keep the pop out window open. As you move on to your next comparison in the table, it will populate with the new information.

I'm having the same behavior in FireFox.  If you click 'Done' in the pop-up window, it does not close the window like it once did.  You have to click on the 'X', but then you can't re-open the pop-up window in any way unless you refresh the page first.

A Javascripting error?
