I strongly suspect that the person on the memorial is not your Louis/Lewis and that Lewis, father of Thomas died before 1880. Mother of Thomas H Holder is Letha Ann (Mullins?) who married first, Unknown Shasteen/Chasteen, and second, Lewis V Holder, 26 Mar 1867 in Franklin County, Tennessee. Letha Ann had two children with her first husband, John, and William, and three with Lewis, Mary, James, and your ancestor, Thomas.
