Is Larry Daniels' book "Butts, Knowles & Hills; The Seeleys," etc sourced?

I see the book Butts, Knowles & Hills; The Seeleys, Turneys, Sturges & Barlows, by Larry Daniels (Privately printed, Bowie, MD 20715-1336, March 1993) being cited on quite a few profiles. Some of what is being cited cannot be documented elsewhere and in some cases appears to simply be wrong based on other available information.

Is anyone familiar with the book and whether or not its contents are properly sourced and documented? Worldcat lists it at 36 pages, OCLC Number: 29219792, and only two copies in Worldcat libraries: FHC in Salt Lake and Library of Congress.

The book is heavily cited on PGM profile Nathaniel Seeley (this is not the profile where I started finding problems).

Thanks to Bobbie Hall for note that the book is available via Family Search and the footnotes so far in Seeley section appear to be good (Jacobus, TAG, NEHGR, etc).
Happy to help!
