Where can we find project e-mails so we can add project accounts to PPP profiles and correct errors like DBE_923 & DBE_931 ?

That really is not the solution to this error. There was a time when any leader could PPP any profile for any reason. Many of these suggestions are a result of that and may need to be taken out of protection. In any case, that is a decision that needs to be made by the relevant project. The project boxes are an even bigger issue. The vast majority of profiles that are not currently project managed but have a project box do not fall within the project's guidelines for project management. These profiles need to have the box replaced with a sticker. If you are uncertain whether a project needs to manage the profile after reading the project page, contact the appropriate project leader/s.

Thanks Deb - very succinct and to the point.

As the new PPP and Managed Profiles coordinator for the England Project, I expect I'm going to be offered a lot of profiles in the near future.

Be assured that we in the England Project are looking at the 923 error from the other direction and are actively weeding out profiles that really do not need the protection of the England Project.

Most of the time the England Project box {{England}} can be replaced with the England sticker {{England Sticker}} which says "... was born in England" and a cross of St George.

Only a WT Leader can remove the PPP status. I'm happy to coordinate PPP removal requests or field any questions which anyone may have about England PPP profiles.

There is a list, but it is only accessible to Leaders.

But I assume that those you need are for projects you are a member of - and also member of the associated Google group. The project e-mail is the same as the address its Google group mail gets sent from.

Hi Eva! I'm not sure that's the case. Here's my current understanding of the emails for projects.

The project's email is what the free space project page email is and isn't listed anywhere I can find so I have it on a cheat sheet. The projects I work with don't use that gmail except to sign in and do work as the project which is rarely done and not encouraged. It would be the one needed to add a project as a manager.

The email we use to communicate with our members is the google-group email that's set up for each project and is the one you're referring to, if I'm not mistaken. It's quite complicated as I've discovered trying to help people with their suggestions this week.

It could be that your projects use that gmail to communicate though so I hope someone can clarify for us if I'm confused.

Best regards, Jacqueline
That may well be so.

In that case it is a bit inconvenient for people who cannot access the list.

But since the preferred approach seems to be to replace the Project box and remove PPP, it is probably a moot point anyway.
I just noticed that info uses the project account email to send their notices. I don't know who gets those messages.
