Can't access 'Suggestions' tab after updating 'Status'

Question

Hi,

I recently found the wonderful tab 'suggestions' and cleared most of my errors, then went to update the 'status', since after it was repaired, the suggestion was still there and now I can't see the page anymore. The below error shows instead. Do you know what to do?

Hi.  Your message got cut off.  Could you repeat it, please?  And possibly give us one of the WikiTree profile IDs you were working on?

Hi Karen, sorry I can't access the suggestions now to see what profile ID I was working on but I did correct the problem (gender issue, short place of birth, etc.) For almost all profiles in the list and after refreshing the page I see they're all still there. So I thought by updating the status under each profile to 'corrected'... And 'submit' they would mark as done in my list. Instead the error now shows instead of the page 'suggestions'

I found some of the profiles you were working on.  One was Unknown-464132.  I checked the Suggestions report for this profile and saw that it had duplicate <references /> tags.  Then I checked your edits and saw that you had removed the duplicate tag.  Next, I checked the Status Report and saw that it hadn't been updated.  So, I marked that the profile was corrected.

The Suggestions Report is renewed each Tuesday.  However, as you update the status of each suggestion, it should disappear from your Suggestion list when you refresh the page.

Here is a link to a video on the Suggestions Report that might help, and will explain things much better than I can.

If you're still having trouble, please comment here again and I will be happy to figure it out.
