Connection between French name Letourneau (Le Tourneau and the Mi'kmaq Indians from New Brunswick

Question

My partner is a descendant of the Mi'kmaq Indians from New Brunswick. Her ancestor(s) married into the French name Letourneau (Le Tourneau). We are trying to find any names, etc that were a part of the marriage (connection).

why is the no profiles for Tourneau
I DNA match 100s of those Canadian mystery women , listed on the  Fillies Du Roi "the Kings Daughters"

Tour or latour or delatour mean  a or the   Tower
 I link to Turney , my mothers maiden name (there is 2 towers on the Turney COA)
I link to De la Tour via my Bonnie Prince Charles descent
 also Tower I have direct too all are on my maternal side. but none of them linked : possibly the De La tour is linked to my Tower though
its so confusing re how I link to these Tourneau profiles and DNA matches; and many surnames linked to them
ie my Turney , or Tower, or De La Tour    = of the tower.
