Anyone know how Henry Wright, his son John Wright, and John's wife Agnes (Hunt) died on same day?

I see that Henry Wright (1424-5 May 1509), his son John Wright (1450-5 May 1509), and John's wife Agnes (Hunt) (1452-5 May 1509) all died on the exact same day. Does anyone know the story of their deaths?

Since both his wife and son were apparently named in his will, I would say their death dates should be marked after that date, not on that date.
