There was one "Priest" surname on the Mayflower. (Mayflower Passenger List)

Degory Priest. He came over alone. He had planned to bring his wife Sarah and two daughters over from Holland, according to this source. But he died in the first winter. Their two daughters were Mary and Sarah Priest. Eventually Sarah (mother) remarried and they did arrive in Plymouth, but not until 1623.

In Mayflower Families through Five Generations Vol 8 Degory Priest, on p. 88 there is a John Priest, who is a descendant of Degory priest through his mother, married Sarah Whitney about 1741. John's line of descent is given as: Degory Priest, Mary Priest, Mercy Pratt, Jeremiah Holman, Abigail Holman (who married Gabriel Priest). It does not seem that this Gabriel Priest is a descendant of the Degory. John Priest's date of death is not given.
