Isaac Boorman, b 1765, a sawyer - was he convicted of burglary and transported to Australia?

Question

Isaac Boorman in my tree married Elizabeth Holmes in the City of London in 1792. Was this the same Isaac Boorman transported to New South Wales in 1821 and later pardoned and returned to UK in 1840? The latter was tried at Kent Assizes which makes me doubt it is the same man as in my tree,
