Linda, Navarro and Kristina both suggested that you "tag Adoption Angels".  What they mean is to add the tag:

adoption_angels

to this question.  You can click the tiny edit link at the bottom right of your question and in the space for tags, enter adoption_angels, then save.  That will get the attention of the project, which can help you with how to handle the NPE (non-paternal event) situation.

Thank you Gaile!

Well I would not go so far as to remove him, he is your grampa - I would put non biological on the relationship in question - tag this Adoption Angels and they can tell you how a profile can have extra parents

How does the DNA test prove he was not your grandmotherʻs husband? It may show that he was not the parent of one of your parents (that is different). He still may have been married to your grandmother.

I agree with Navarro Mariott, do no remove him as husband to grandmother or as your grandfather at this point. And do tag Adoption Angels for help.

Sorry folks, I did not explain myself clearly. My grandmother's last two children were to a different man. I have a lot of strong DNA connections to this man. I would like my tree to have the correct people on it. I never met my grandparents so I have no emotional reasons for keeping grandmother's husband on my tree.

Hi Linda,

Don't detach him as the husband, but go to the two children's profiles and click on 'Edit'. On the next page, under where it says 'Edit Family', click 'replace/remove father' and it'll open a screen to make the correct man the father of the child.
Thank you very much Jessica!!!!
And don't just hit the little Go button - scroll down to the big "Add Father Of" button and untick the tick-box just above it.  Otherwise you'll make your grandmother a bigamist as well.
