I have researched my family back to James Penman Born; 1472 in Bedfordshire, England. His Father was Johne Penman Born; 1492 in Dunton Bedfordshire, England. He is the Grand Father of Sir James Penman, Born; 1522 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, Died March 10, 1522 in Spittle, Lanarkshire, Scotland.
